White with....well lots of colors!!!!

I loved the "White with one" challenge this month, although its not really white with one LOL! The challenge:
                                            
                                          WHITE+ POLKA DOTS+TAPE!!!!
                                                          Yep right up my alley!!!!
                                                              So here is my entry!
