Hi again. Just popped back into share some of the layouts I have created the last few days for various challenges!Wow! we are so spoilt for choice now with so many different challenge blogs and sites out there!!!
Including my challenge at Polly Scrap kits !!! Have you seen it?

I always seem to start with my favourites which are usually scrap the girls, scrap the boys , Stuck! and white with one!
So I have my scrap the girls layout to show you! The challenge this month was to use

TURQUOISE + the word "LOVE" + CHIPBOARD
So here is my layout!!! It is a gorgeous photo of Maya and one of her cousins Kenz.....they really love hanging out together which I love!!! Ah yep.....I went crazy on the turquoise side of things LOL...there's no disputing that element!!!

Ok next is my layout for White with 1. The challenge is to use.....

WHITE + LEMON + 3 PHOTOS
Check, check and check!

And yep more photos of Maya!!! OOps!!! its ok Im working on some other challenges using photos of Will!!!

So this month i also decided i needed to explore other challenge sites! So I created this layout for Leah's challenge at Challenge heaven" which was to use misting on your page.....

This is the other side of Maya...the grumpy, agro Maya! We seem to change from being extremely sweet and happy to VERY grumpy and rude! *sigh*....

I am really loving and enjoying my scrapping at the moment !! The last few nights, although I haven't had heaps of time, I have going into my scrap room and just going for it! I find I have been keeping my favourite supplies sitting close by and I have been even pulling out some old stuff to use! I have a pile of papers ( a real mix!) and Im just using whatever I see first!!! I'm loving the process!

I can share this one with you today but you will have to wait for the others!!
This is for the challenge over at "White with 1". The challenge is to use;

Here is my layout and then i want to share a story about this lady!

I don't normally get all soppy on my blog but I really want you to read this......

I think most scrappers would know or have heard of this lady.......Marelle Jackman.
I titled my layout "Angel on earth" because she really is. She is the most beautiful, caring, generous person I know. She is a lady who goes out of her way to help people in ways unimagineable. She will send gifts to people she has met once because she sees they really need it or want it and out of the blue that gift will arrive on someone's doorstep.. She is a lady who raises money for people who are in need or are suffering. She is a lady who cares deeply for her family and friends. She is a lady who is grateful and humble and expects nothing in return. She is a lady I admire deeply and love even more. I have tears in my eyes now! But if you read this Marelle know this.....you are loved and appreciated and truely one of gods angels. xxxxx

The best 3 days.....

Hi! I have just spent the best three days with some beautiful, inspirational people!
It all started last Wednesday when the beautiful Marelle Jackman bought her two gorgeous girls Mia and Ella to stay! WoW! My children just gelled with these girls ! They played and laughed and cuddled for three days!
We spent Wednesday chatting and scrapping while my AMAZING hubby took children to playgrounds, swimming, walking, buying ice creams...you name it he did it with them!
Thursday was much the same except we spent some time with two more amazing people Sophie and Jo Koschman! Sophie and her family were visiting the area and she also made the journey from Horsham to join in my class which was scheduled for Friday night! you must check out Soph's blog! One very talented teenager!!!
On Thursday night we took the kids down to the beach carnival...they had the best time!!! I will share pics soon!!! we also received a message while we were there that Charm and her mum Bronnie were going to come and scrap and join in my class!!! Woohoo!!! We were so excited!!!!

Friday morning Marelle, Sophie and myself took all four children to the botanical gardens for a photo shoot!!!

Heres just a couple ...I havent edited them all yet!!!

So friday night was awesome. We were joined by Leah Cameron and her sister Jodie and I taught the girls the two layouts. Amongst the laughter and chatter we got them both done! They all did an amazing job!
The girls were using the January kit from Polly Scrap kits!
So I guess I had better share some layouts!!!
Both these are "just cause" layouts!!!The first one I used a wall decal from "TYPO" and of course a gorgeous heavenly heart from Charms Creations!!!

And this one....I love the Lil Red rocket button!!

I then at about midnight started this layout and just yesterday had a chance to finish it! Once again I used a "heavenly heart" by Charm! ( i have a new addiction!!!)

So since then I have rediscovered my mojo so I tackled a few challenges! The first of course is the latest challenge at "Show us your stuff". This months challenge is to incorporate this Oprah quote....

"Cheers to another chance
for us to get it right...."
So here is my layout...I went totally grungey on this!!! I took this photo one night of all four of us recently!! Pretty cool hey!!!

So I have been busy!!! I thought to myself i would get some challenges done......
So i headed to the Stuck! site and created this layout based on this sketch!! Now as always I have used some creative license!!!!!

I love these photos of Maya and her little cousin Lila!! Maya was just sitting there reading to her one evening and I snapped these!!! SO adorable!!! Once again I have used October Afternoon sidewalks range!!! love it!

Then I decided to have a go at the "Scrap the boys challenge". This month the challenge is to scrap photos of things your son, hubby etc like doing over summer! Well Will got this new Penny board for christmas and this summer has been practising to ride it!!! So perfect choice for this challenge!!!

(sorry not the clearest of pics ??? oops .....oh well!!)
I have used a cute little button from "lil Red rocket" and another "Charms creation lollipop!".
So while I was on a roll I decided to do the "Scrap the Girls" challenge which was a monochromatic layout!!! But silly me got all excited and added this photo instead of a girlie pic!!!! Oh well...still love the way it turned out! And I love this photo!

JANUARY POLLY KITS AND A NEW FORUM!

Hi and HAPPY NEW YEAR!!!! I hope you all have had an awesome new years eve and are ready for a healthy, happy and successful 2012......

Today sees the release of the next Polly Scrap kit!!! Go and check it out! It seriously is a really fun , cool kit and awesome value at only $38.50 plus postage! There is also a mini kit this month and a great store to purchase some cool products!!!!

I had the main kit this month to create with...

Here are my three layouts and i still had product left over. Note: I have added a few bits and pieces from my own supplies too !
This one is of Will and Maya with 2 of their cousins!!! Love this American crafts paper. it has these cool frames to cut out!!!

And this one of Will...can't believe how much older he is beginning to look......*sigh*....

I will be teaching two of these layouts on Friday the 13th of January at my home from 7pm if anyone is interested just let me know :)

Has it been that long????

Oh my goodness! I cant believe how long it has been since I blogged! I have good reasons though!!!
Firstly my computer finally died and so I had to order a new one. So i ordered a new one but it arrived damaged...ARGGHH! So after having to email photos through...(which is kinda hard when you havent got a computer!!) Dell agreed to send a replacement! Well after waiting another 2 weeks they rang and said that the factory where their hard drives are produced had flooded and they couldnt tell me when a replacement would arrive....ARGGHH!!! SO eventually the agreed just to replace the damaged screen! So after at least a month I got my computer back! But you know what its like having to reload so many things onto it and I lost contacts etc!!! Anyway......

I hope you all had a fabulous christmas! I was spoilt rotten. My darling hubby bought me a new Canon 7D camera!!!!!! Such a surprise!!! Now to work out how to use it!!! Im definately going to be signing up for many photography classes this year!!!

In the midst of all of this I had some exciting news!!!
I was asked to design for Polly Scrap kits!!!!! These kits are seriously cool!!! Stay tuned for an awesome site opening soon with challenges and a great forum too!!!

Here are just some of the layouts I have created from the kits.....( I have added a few bits and pieces from my stash too!)

I didn't manage a lot of scrapping in December but of course I created for the awesome challenge at "Show us your Stuff". The criteria this month is to use red, white and blue!!! And of course a handmade embellie! I have used a gorgeous lollipop from Charms Creations!!!

The only other challenge I managed to attempt was the sketch at Anna's Craft Cupboard....

New month...new challenges!!!!!

Gotta love the start of a new month when all the challenges come out! I am really enjoying tackling all the different challenges out there.I have completed a few already but hope to do some more.
First up is "Scrap the Girls". This month the challenge is to use multiple photos and to have pink polka dots! Perfect for a "circle" addict like me!!!! I have scrapped these adorable photos of my youngest neice 'Lila".......how cute!!!
I have used misting to create pink polka dots and my papers have pink spots too!

And just a close up shot!!! I have loved being a little bit arty and grungey with my layouts lately!

Next is my entry for "white with one". The challenge is to use white (duh!) and a bright color and flowers. Well nothing is as bright and happy as yellow is it!?

I realised I hadn't participated in "the Color Room" challenges for ages so I gave this one ago.

This is my layout. The photos are of another of my gorgeous nieces 'Charlotte'. gotta love her look!!!!

Once again,lots of mist and paint and grunge!!!

Need some advice/thoughts/tips please!!!!

I am thinking of purchasing a new camera .....a Canon 7D.I currently have a 400D which Ive had for years and love it but feel its time to upgrade! Anyone have any advice thoughts etc. I am also going to buy a 70mm-200mm lense (I can only afford the cheaper one!!!). But I would love any feedback you can give me!!!
We are looking at this site to purchase...."techrific". Has anyone else used this site before??

A quick plug...

I don't often plug businesses or products but I found these and I thought I would share them with you. I love tapes etc so when i discovered these little goodies i fell in love. They are little packets of masking stickers. You peel off the strips and circles...:).......and use them like tape or patterned paper. Even better you can easily create banners and little flags with them!!!!! SO cute...a must have.

And then theres these gorgeous rolls of fabric tape!!!!!!!! Had to have these too!!!!!!

Also I have been thinking that I would love to start teaching some classes from home. Would love to hear if you and your friends would be interested.......

So I thought I would comeback and share the rest of my creations from last weekend......
This one was going to be for the Kraft it up challenge this month but I dont think it fits any of the criteria.... :/
Used some Crate paper "random"papers and embellies.....

This is of Will and his mates......more out takes than good photos but made for a great page!

Used lots of Echo Park Happy days and a bit of October Afternoon.This layout was inspired (well the blackpaint!) by Crystal's work!!!I so cant scraplift!!!!! I tried!

And this one is just because I love Maya's hair in plaits!!! Lots of October afternoon!

WARNING......LONG POST...LOTS OF PHOTOS!!!

Well I have just had the best time yet again at the Imagination Factory retreat!!! It was a bonus this year as i though due to hubby working..(new job :)) I couldnt go....but onlya few weeks before my step mum and my mum offered to babysit...wahoo!!!! thanks Robyn and Mum!!! xxx So off i went and I created 10 layouts!!! Which for me at a retreat is a lot and I must say Im happy with them all......
So begins uploading them........I completed a lot of the challenges this month so yep get a cuppa.....
Ill just share the challenge Layouts today and the rest over the next few days...Here we go.
Firstly I want to share these Layouts because these are of two of my best friends.
The first is a picture of myself and my dear friend Marelle. For those of you who dont know Marelle she is the most caring, generous most beautiful person I have met and I am so lucky to have her as a friend....

Next is a layout of myself and Crystal. Where do I start.....??? Crystal and I had been online scrappy friends for a while but until camp Mojo we had never met.When we met we instantly became closer friends. I am lucky to have met her and a day doesn't go past that we don't talk or text. Yep she drives me nuts!!!!!! ( I tell her so!!!!) but I love her to bits!!!

This is my Layout for Scrap the boys! I took this photo recently of my all my favourite boys.......My DAD, my two brothers, my hubby and of course Will!!! the challenge is to use hand made embellies on your layout. well firstly I cut out my circles to create my background and I of course used a "charms Creation" lollipop....

Next of course is the challenge at "Scrap the girls"....

The challenge this month is to add distressing to your layout and use the word "love"in your title.

Next comes my layout using the first sketch over at Stuck! Really loved doing this one....

This is a photo of Will with his only boy cousin Jack...

This one I created using the sketch on the "Lil Red Rocket site"......

This one is based on the challenge at "White with one". Any guesses what the color is this month??? Yep you guessed it black. You also needed to use mists or paint.....

Thats the criteria for the second challenge at "SHOW US YOUR STUFF" this month. This challenge was right up my alley!!! I decided to use a photo of one of the youngest and newest members of our DT over there....Sophie Koschman. She is one super sweet talented girl and I created this layout to give to her! I promise Ill post it this week Soph!!!!!!
(please excuse the extremely poor photo!!!)

I have had an awesome weekend at The Imagination factory retreat! I managed to create 10 layouts! Which is a lot for me at a retreat!!! I set my self a goal of ten and I did it! I know I said no more DTs for a while BUT when one of your best scrappy friends is running an awesome challenge site and must I add that she seriously is one of the most caring, generous, warm people I know...what do you do. Help out of course ! So I am happy to say i am returning to the "Show us your stuff" design team!
It is an awesome team and I am excited to say a young scrappy friend...16 years old in fact!...is joining also. Sophie Koschman is one talented teenager and she and her mum Jo have always been very supportive and encouraging of my work so I am so happy for Sophie! Stay tuned for my first LO...its an awesome challenge. but in the meantime head over here and check out the first challenge and see what the awesome DT girls have done!

Well yesterday was a terrible day weather wise here so what better thing to do...SCRAP! We all had the laziest day...Steve watched movies, Will played the playstation and other things and Maya filled our rumpus room with her dolls and accessories. So I sat down in my scrap room and created.
I just made it in time to create a layout for this months scrap the boys challenge.....

I used one of the paper bags I use to write wills lunch orders on and a little piece of a note paper that my mum had written me a note on which i had floating around my scrap room. This layout is about Will. He is such a creative soul. We could be chatting about things and its like a light bulb goes off in his head and he runs off to gather some pens, paper etc and he has to write something...often little stories or he makes cards or drawings.....its quite funny to watch. He becomes all excited and says"that gives me an idea!!!". In this photo he is making his dad a card to say congratulations on getting a new job. I had just told him and straight away he says,"Im gonna make him card!". And off he went!
I have been creating other things too....like a new pizza boz kit for the Imagination Factory...which I forgot to photograph!!!!!!
So if off now to try and create a new blog banner.....wish me luck!

yep....some of these pics I have scrapped before but I wanted to scrap the again...probably because I have been really slack at taking photos lately and am in desperate need of some new ones!!! So here are two more layouts for some challenge blogs.

Yes there is stripes..... I just kinda got carried away and added lots of other things too. !!!

Have used lots of new papers by Bella! which I picked up at spotlight...awesome range!Also used my new stamps by 7 Gypsies, some more circles (surprised?), some crate chippies and some brads...

This layout is using the latest sketch at "STUCK!"....

I took these photos of Maya while she was playing with her dolls and teddies. She was whispering into her dolls ear...so cute!

Trying to use up some old products like the Echo Park playground papers, some Jilliebean soup journal tags, and more circles!!

Lots and lots of challenge fun!!!!

WARNING: PHOTO HEAVY!!!! You might need a cuppa!!!

This last month has seen me reducing dramatically the amount of design team commitments I have as I just felt I needed a break from "having" to create. Don't get me wrong I loved every minute of being on each and every design team but i just need a little break. This week also saw me resign from my position at Storyboard kits.( Yep I will alter my blog Crystal!!) So I now am on Scrapware and The Imagination Factory teams and am happy with that.....for now anyway!!!
So because of this free scrapping time I have been having fun participating in some of the cool challenge blogs...and its only early in the month...look out by the end of the month!!!!
So this first one is using some of the cool embellies made by Charms Creations.....
These photos of Maya were taken just before taking to the stage in her first dance concert.

This one is using the sketch at "Show us your stuff"........ My handmade embellies are buttons made by my friend Nellie G Designs.Yep another soccer photo and more circles. These cool circles are made by Scrapware!!!! LOVE them!!!!

This one is for the challenge at "White with one". The challenge is to use white, pale pink and journal on the photo....

This is the first sketch over at " Stuck!" this month....yep another scrapware frame!!! (omg I sound like an advertisement.....I promise it wasn't planned!!!!) PS this is a really crappy photo as my LO is quite creased and I kept getting shadows...

And lastly a "just cos I can" layout!!!! Can you guess where the chippies from???? LOL!!!

Hi guys,
Sorry I have neglected my blog lately. Just been busy with other things.
So I'm back with a few layouts I have completed using some different challenge sites criteria.
This one is also very special to me as it is about a very special person whom I met finally at camp mojo.
Its also using the first bonus sketch at Stuck!!! I really loved this sketch and I had so much creating this layout. I wanted it to be bright and fun because that's what Bridgey is.

Its hard to explain but meeting Bridge was amazing. we are SO much alike its scary!!!! We just hit it off instantly and I totally love her!!! I think we will be friends forever. We already talk for hours on the phone!!!!

This one is for Scrap the girls......

What a weekend....

WOW!!! What an amazing weekend!!!!!! I just got back from Camp Mojo and it was AWESOME! I finally got to meet in real life some of my favourite scrappy friends who inspire me so much!!!(I haven't edited pics yet so will share another time!). Thanks to all the organisers , shop owners, Sherry and Jane especially. I had the best time! and to Marelle, Bridgey, Tatum, Jodi, Lauren and Lauren (Warren lol) , Crystal and Ali.......I love you girls and I miss you already.You are all the best chickies and so inspiring. Cant wait to see you all again one day. I cant wait for our Victoria vs Sth Australia scrap off!!!!

Ok some of the layouts I created were for the monthly challenges on the various challenge sites so thought I would share these first!
This one is for a challenge I have never completed before....Once upon a sketch. you also had to use a quote as your journalling.

And this one is the white with one challenge....aqua and chipboard! Loved doing this one!

So now here are a few more layouts I created for the weekend. This was for a challenge at Mojo....use orange, chipboard and and a diecut.( I actually won this challenge...yah me!!!)

This one is the first sketch over at Stuck! Its a sketch by Crystal Goulding so since she was sitting with me I thought I would have a go. I used he new Bella Blvd "Finally Fall" range.......cute isnt it!!!?

And speaking of Crystal, we decided to on the last day do a photo swap. How cool is this layout????? LOVE it! Thanks Crystal.

This one I created at Mojo for another challenge...Creative stamping. I love stamping so enjoyed doing this one. ( I got second place!!!! YAH!!!!)

Scrap the boys...

I know I said I wouldn't be back but just a quick post ...
This month's scrap the boys challenge is to use tape on your layout! It could be masking tape, decorative tape or you could be creative and make your own. You also need to use the word "PLAY" in your title.
So here is mine. I loved creating this....I used some masking tape to create texture on my background and then sprayed it with some mist.

So it will be head down bum up...no computer distractions and loys of late nights!!!! But SO worth it!!! You all know how much I love Steph's products!!!!!!

"Ecclectic Grunge...."

I think thats how i will descibe my scrappy style right now! I never really have been able to describe my style but lately this is the style I have been creating! And finally Im loving my scrappin again!!! A few months ago I could quite easily have given up scrapping....and thats a big call from me as scrapping is and has been a huge part of my life and who I am. But lately I have been re inventing my style and am loving the process. It may not be everyone's cup of tea (LOL that's for you Vikki!!!!) but its what I am enjoying. Lots of paint, mists, mess and grabbing whatever I can find to use.....an ecclectic group of things.
Some of these layouts I created at a layout a few weeks back and really I was still at that stage where scrapping wasnt really doing it for me so I like one or two of these but I have creating layouts this week that are more true to me (some i cant show yet!)

Yesterday I created this layout for the Scrap the Girls challenge. It was a color combo challenge using white, black, hot pink and pale pink. I have to admit these colors were hard for me. I wanted to add a dash of aqua or some yellow!!! Not good with same colors!!! But here it is...it was fun to create!!

I even managed a girly layout!!! you will see a tutorial on how to make those paper roses on the blog in a day or so!

I have also finished one challenge so far this month. I know sad really!!! Im getting there!!!!

I just hadto do the White with One challenge this month as my favourite color is red and I love red and white polka dots! You should see my house!!! So here is my layout!!!

I have used a Crafters workshop template with some paint and also a Scrapmatts frame! Throw in a Purple pumpkin button and some Studio calico mist, some Imagiarium designs chippie and other bits n bobs and voila!!!

Hi! Sorry its been a while getting back but like so many others Blogger wasn't playing nice!
I have scrapped...yep, dont fall over!!! BUT its my scrap the boys layout so until it is uploaded on the site I cant show!!!

BUT I have had fun creating some canvases with houses on them.

I have started she quote book too with my fav she quotes. Here are my girls....minus the quotes until I decide which ones I want to add!!

I want to say a BIG thankyou to all the lovely ladies who attended my class at the Imagination Factory on the weekend! I hope you enjoyed the class...I had a blast teaching it!!! It was lovely to see some of you again and to also meet some new friends!

I amoff now to work out some class stuff and pack for a retreat this weekend!!! YAH! I have been blog surfing and feel all inspired again so hopefully I will get some scrappin done! And if not Im sure Ill be busy chatting and laughing alongside some of the most awesome ladies ever!!!

....long time between posts!!! But there is a good reason! I decided that my little scraproom needed a HUGE cleanout! And a HUGE cleanout it got!!! I got rid of of 12 bags of rubbish, a tonne of magazines, a huge bag of ribbons, 2 massive bags of of old unused chipboard alphas, piles of paper.....and heaps more!!!! I have never thrown gotten rid of so much stuff before in my whole life!! My SIL took most of it so at least its getting some use! But in the meantime I have done a little bit of creating. I have to admit that I am really struggling to find my passion for scrapping at the moment. I can honestly say that I have never felt so uninterested about it EVER! I have found a passion for SHE art though!!! Will share those in a few days but here are some things to share now.
Well I am off to teach at my favourite store ever next weekend in Ballarat. I am teaching these two layouts....

Im loving paint at the moment so we will be having some messy fun using paints and stamps!!! I thibk the class is booked out so hopefully we willhave some fun! We have used Echopark "playground papers".

Also I have been creating with the "Jarvis" kit by Storyboard kits. Here are my layouts!

Ok ...so I finally made it back to share somemore layouts with you. I am having SO many issues with my computer at the "moment it really is doing my head in. It freezes ALL the time when I get to my dashboard. So while I am on to moderate the beautiful comments you all have been leaving(THANKS SO MUCH!) I thought I should add some layouts.I am also waiting to play "easter bunny" and waiting for my next "She art" tute video to load!!

So I have used HEAPS of Crate......

These ones are using the gorgeous "Emma's Shoppe" range......

This little cutie is my niece Lila and I couldnt resist taking a few pics of her a couple of weeks ago! Love that smile!!!!

These ones are using the "toybox" range! LOVE this range especially the phrase and border stickers!!!

This layout I loved creating......lots of paint and mess!!!! This is a layout of Maya creating....a favourite pass time of hers!!! (have no idea where she gets that from!!!????)

I have used some Echo park "Playground"...and a bit of everything really!!! LOL!

The above layout was the first I did for the weekend and I had challenged myself to use some of my old metal stash which is HUGE I tell you! When I first starting scrapping and I owned my own store, metal embellishments were huge so you can imagine (well you probably can't actually ...its terrible really how much i have!!) how much I have sitting never being used. So I used these Basic Grey Extra large book plates as frames. I think they look quite good! Of course some more Bella Blvd, prima and other bits and pieces!!!

Sorry If I have overloaded you but with my blog the way it is I thought I would putthem all on here now while I can. I am currently having a ball creating she art!! Will post more about that later!!!

Where do I begin....

I have so much to share! I just spent an AWESOME weekend witha group of AMAZING ladies. We rented this house(built by my very talented uncle and decorated by my very talented aunty!) and spent the entire weekend scrapping, laughing, chatting, eating and we even got some walks in! I seriously had the best time so thank you ladies. Ireally didnt get many pics as I was too busy having FUN!!! And Marelle...those pizzas were delicious....thankyou!
So I'll start with some of the challenge layouts I completed and Ill share more over the coming days!

This one I actually completed last night for the scrap the girls challenge. This was an inpirational challenge based on this picture.

I was totally inspired by the colors and the layering in the picture and the whimsy,outdoor feel to it. So I decidedon this photo and used some mist, paint and some Crafters workshop templates to create the layered background. I even used some old & Gypsies scrabble letters I have had in my stash for years! The chipboard fence is by Scapmatts ( love it!)

Next is a layout based on the Get Picky sketch.

I created this layout using some photos of Will heading off to school recently for crazy hair day!

Gotta love the crazy faces too!!!!

I also loved Antheas sketch for Savvy too so I created this.

And also I created this layout based on the sketch at Anna's craft cupboard. I only used 2 photos though!

How could I forget....

to post the only challenge layout I have done this month!!! For those who follow this blog you will know I love participating in the various challenge sites but this month I sadly have not had a chance!!! But I had forgotten that I had completed this layout a few weeks ago and forgot to post or link it...oops!
I managed to create this layout for this months scrap the girls challenge. This month there was a variety of "she" quotes to inspireus. I chose thisone....
"She colored her thoughts with only the brightsest hues". I changed my wording to "colors" though in mylayout. I love this quote and it really depicts Maya's personality...always happy and bright and having fun.
I have used lots of new My minds eye Stella and Rose plus some pink paislee artisian elements, some studiocalico and some prima.

While I am here I also have realised I never shared with you my layout for week three in Paula's sketch challenge. You can see the sketch here.You can also see the last sketch which I plan to get done this weekend! Have fun!
Heres my interpretation.

As the layout says its about Maya's new Barbie bike! Maya had asked for a pink Barbie bike, with a bag on the front and streamers. I found this one at kmart and couldnt believe my luck! It was perfect!

Nothing else to show right now....I really dont seem to find as much time to scrap at the moment. I am excited to say though that I will be creating a Pizza box kit for Tracey at imagination Factory using all the new Crate range "Neighbourhood". Should be great fun! I will be also teaching here late in May if anyone is interested.

Well its hard to believe that it is March already and Show us your stuff has another awesome challenge.

This month is a sketch........

You also need to have a number in your title and of course use a handmade item.

Heres my layout.....look closely, see what products I have used...NEW BELLA BLVD!!!!!!!I was so excited a couple of weeks ago to receive a HUGE box of ALL the new Bella Blvd ranges to hit stores this month!!! They are AWESOME...totally me!!.Thanks Steph!!!!!It made me feel better as I was asked to create for CHA but there was a problem with her stickers and she couldnt get them to me in time. But she promised to send me her awesome new lines to play with anyway~!! Very spoilt!!!

These papers, alphas and stickers are from the "Mr Boy" range. I promise you will LOVE them!!!!!

I was also lucky to receive from Tracey at The Imagination Factory in Ballarat a box of Sass goodies.I had a ball playing with this line "Ellies tale". I created 3 layouts......

I have also just received the "Isla " storyboard kit and it is SO adorable so currently am creating with that. I have also been creating the next two layouts for Paula's sketch challenge so I have been so busy I dont think I'll get any of my usual challenges done this month which is sad cos I really enjoy doing all the challenges....we'll see!!

Today I have been married to my very patient, kind and loving husband for 10 years!!!! Wow!!! We are to Melbourne for the weekend so I am excited!!!

Well over at Paula's ning site she is running a 4 week sketch challenge!!! Each week for the next 4 weeks there will be a new sketch All you have to do to win a prize is do the sketch any way you want to interpret it and upload into the gallery at the end of each week The first sketch is actually due on Monday as I have had blog problems and couldnt post til now..grrr! Get Picky....

I forgot to upload this one yesterday!!! I also tackled the sketch at Get Picky this month. Although you can see from my layout I kinda altered it a little as I went along.....unintentional but none the less I did use the sketch as my inspiration.....here it is!

I have used the elementary papers by Studio Calico and some new stickers from Echo Park. Its a layout of Will on his first day back at school this year.

Been Scrappin....

Well I have just returned from another awesome retreat run by Paula Cook and Michele Humphreys and i once again had a BLAST!!!! Those ladies are the most amazing people and I love catching upwith each and everyone of them!! Vik you Rok!!!!!! you make me smile...........even though not everything was "my cupof tea"!!! And your Vikki philosophies ...well lets just say you need to write a book!!!!!
So I travelled with thegorgeous Tracey and OMG I walked into her awesome store at Ballarat (Imagination Factory!)and HAD to spend up big time!!!!!!!!! (LOL!!!)

So I conducted a blind scrap for the ladies and I think they loved doing this so here is my Layout for the blind scrap. its a LO of Maya. Maya always tells me she loves me several times a day.....just out of the blue, anywhere any place and it melts my heart each and every time she says it.

The next was a sample I did for a mini technique class. We played with paint, creating the cool cardstock paper as a featue instead of patterned paper, some distressing and just different ways to create layouts using a sketch as a guide.

While at the retreat I also created these LOs for various challenges...

Thisone is for the White with one challenge. This month the challenge is to add brown and vintage items.

This one is for Kraft it up. this month was a color combo challenge. The colors were orange, blue and black.

Then I did the first February sketch at Stuck Sketches.This is of Will and his best friend Archer.

I also completed the challenge for scrap the girls BUT I decided after completing the layout that it needed some misting and I got some on my photos...grrrrr. So will reprint photos tomorrow and post then!!

Getting Closer......

....to Paula's next retreat and I am excited!!!! I havent seen these girls for such a long time and I LOVE them all!!!
And my scrappy weekend I am organising is FINALLY organised and booked out!!!!! YAH! So that will be fun too!!!
I have been scrappin although some layouts are layouts I have created for somefun classes for Miss Paula and one is for Show us your stuff! Have you been and had a go at this challenge site yet???? Why not...off you go, you'll love it!!!
So here are some I have created "just because". I am saving all the monthly challenges to do while at the retreat next weekend!!!
This is an older photo of them both but came across it and scrapped this layout. I didnt take close ups....being lazy but I have sewn on each heart.

These photos were taken a few weeks ago while I was playing with my camera. Maya was walking around the edge of the sandpit....what you cant see is Marli following her every step! It was very cute!!!This layout turned out a bit busier than I had imagined but it was fun!!! Trying to use up older stuff to make way for all that new CHA product coming in soon!!!!! Im in love with Bella blvd ranges and Crate...cant wait to get them to have a play!!

Scappy Weekends....

Hi,
I am going to be organising some scrappy weekends down in my end of the world this year!!! I have access to an AMAZING house , built by my very talented uncle!!! Check it out here. It sleeps 10 people (some sharing required!) It has ample room to scrap,ultra modern facilities and really close to the beach which would be great for some photo shoots!!!
The price varies according to time of the year and also depending on how many are staying . But as an estimate it would be between $100 -$150 for two nights accomodation.
As for meals and snacks I thought we could all just bring stuff to share and or maybe get pizzas or something the second night!

Monthly Challenges....

Ok so even though I feel like Ive lost my mojo I still have done the usual monthly challenges that I love to do and even a couple of new ones....hoping my mojo will return....:(.

Nothing is doing it for me though...I sit back after creating screwing up my nose at each Layout I complete. Oh well ....here they are anyway....

This one is using the January 1st sketch over at Stuck sketches! This is the first time I have entered a layouton this site but I love their sketches so gave it a go!

This one was created using a sketch y Anthea Peteson at scrapbook Savvy. Once again this is the first time I have entered so here it is.....

I have seen on a few layouts the rolled up paper look so I gave that a whirl too....

Ok so this one is for Kraft it up....this month is a summer challenge!

And this is for White with 1. The color is obviously blue (navy or royal blue) and you also had to add in a banner. Used a piece of denim as a feature.

And this one is also a Summer based challenged for Scrap the girls......

The pics are of Maya in 2009 swimming in our backyard kids pool.

This layout I created for the flood appeal "rising waters".

And this one cos I wanted to......love this picture of Wills soggy jocks! And NO he hasnt wet his pants! He was playing in the sprinkler one hot day and I snapped this pic! Yep, he'll hate me in a few years!!!

New Storyboard layouts......

As I sit here and type this I am in shock as I watch the devastation that the floods are causing in Queensland. Thankfully we have no loved ones in the area but for those of you who have been affected, my thoughts and love is with with you...please stay safe xx

So onto scrappy stuff.........
I havent been scrapping a great deal lately.....am feeling a bit blah about my work at the moment (you might have been through the same feeling ?) Not lovin what I create and then lovin everyone elses.....sound familiar. Stupid I know but none the less thats how Im feeling right now.
I received a disappointing email from Steph from Bella Blvd to say that there had been a hold up with the printing of their new products for CHA and she wouldnt be able to get the products to me in time for CHA. So very disappointed and that just added to my scrappin frustrations! Steph was very apologetic and iskindly going to send me some new products anyway. Anyway.I managed to create these with the new Giselle kit for Storyboard kits......

The Giselle kit is so versatile...brights, shabby chic...whatever your imagination allows you.

I have one more LO up my sleeve which has step by step instructions but you will have to wait a little longer for that.

Well I hope you all had an awesome christmas!!! I was eally spoilt by my hubby...he bought me a 50mm lense and a flash for camera!!!!! SO spoilt!!!! Now to have a play with them!!!! The kids were spoilt rotten...I havent edited any photos yet (not that I took that many!!!!:( Too busy!!!!) but will share when I do!!

I can now reveal that I am staying on as a Storyboard Kit Design team member!!!! YAH!!!!
I cant wait to get stuck intothe first kit for the year!!! Congrats to the new girls, Crystal, wendy and Leanne who are joining us!!! So talented!!!
I got a chance to scrap a couple of nights ago while hubby was away so I tackled the new colour pallette at The Color room! I was so excited as my last entry was featured last week!!!!

I love how it turned out!

Well Imhoping to get some more scrappin done soon while hubby has some timeoff!!! We are spending these holidays at homethis year, going swimming etc as much as we can!

The color room....

I got a chance to scrap last night and I have been meaning to get back to The color room and do someof their beautiful color pallette challenges so thats what I did last night,,,,

It took me ages to get it how I wanted and its still not what I imagined but I think Im happy with the results!!! I pulled out SO much stuff while doing this I kept changing my mind on the style I wanted to do!!!

I also did this one for the DEC sketch at BONS but I have only just registered over there and I cant upload until they activate my account, but thought I would have a go anyway!!

And also I tried to take a better picture of my Get Picky LO but because of the misting its curled and it keeps leaving a shadow so here it is anyway,.......

I have used two of the allocated photo squares for some journalling strips. It is called Random facts and its just a few answers to some basic favourite questions I asked the kids on the day I was creating. Thought it would be fun to do this occasionally to see how their interests change as they get older.

Non Traditional......

This months challenge at Kraft it up is to use non traditional colors on a christmas layout and also add in some knots!
Here is my entry.....

I have added knots in my fabric and between each of my banners....also in my twine! It turned out to be busier than I had imagined but I was having so much fun I just kept adding! Once again raided my scrap box!!! Used up some sticker alphas too!!

I have also done this months challenge for Get Picky but am not happy with the photo so much try again tomorrow.

Ok I can also show you my first LO for "show us your stuff"

The next challenge for this month is to scrap about a milestone, or about a goal in your life. You can check it out here. You also need to use a handmad eembellie. Can you spot mine??? Yep Mums cool crochet flowers and Nellie G buttons!!! So here is my take on the challenge. It is about the lack of photos of myself. I hate photos of me including the ones on this LO but whilelooking back through this years photos these are a couple from a SMALL handful of myself! Its terrible I know......so from now on...next year you will see more pics of me!

Tad Excited!!!!!

You may remember how excited I was earlier this year when I was selected to create samples for Bella Blvd for their CHA summer releases???!!!! WELL I have been asked again to create samples for the up the next CHA winter using theirnext releases!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! VERY excited!!!!!! Its such a privilege as only a few of the past and present artistas are selected and I LOVE Stephs products!!! Yippeee!!!! Sorry.....just had to do it!!!!
Ok on the scrappy front. I have been scrapping a little bit not huge amounts. I feel a littlelost actually as my DT commitmnets are very small at the moment. Though its nice scrapping for myself. I will search after christmasI think for some more DT gigs but for now am happy creating LOs like these.......

This is a photo of Will on his 7th birthday!

And this one was fun...just using up some scraps and bits and pieces which I am doing a lot of lately! I am discovering some cool scraps in my scrap box!It feels good to use up some stuff!!!

And this one cos it depicts Maya at the moment. She LOVES singing and dancing!!! I caught her with her microphone singing to PiNKs "So what"!!!!

TIS THE SEASON TO BE BUSY...........

Wow! I love this time of year but boy there is always so much to do!!!!! Throw in the mix applying for a job and trying to write a resume after 7 years out of the work force!!!!!!SCARY after solong but its what I want to get back into when the kids are both at school.I have applied for a kindergarten assistants job...its only 11 hours per week which is just perfect at the moment so fingers crossed!!!

Anyway I have been scrapping........

These two were just because Layouts. Most of my DT commitments are finished now and I havent applied for anything else at the moment which is giving me much more time to scrap for me!!!

And this one is for the December challenge over at Scrap the girls. There were three different color combos to choose from

RED and GREEN

YELLOW and PURPLE

BLU and ORANGE

Well seeing as my favourite color is RED I created this layout......

And a closeup.....

I also created this layout and joinedin at White with one.

The criteria for December was to use white (obviously) and Grey with some masking.

Here is my layout.I found this really challenging because as you can probably tell I love to use bright, contrasting colors ......LOL!!! But I challenged myself and this is the result!

I have also been making felt christmas trees for myself and Will's teachers which I learnt to do on Kim Archers christmas workshop. I will take some piccies and share next time.

Get Picky....

Well after three attempts at this sketch I finally have this layout to enter for this months challenge at Get picky!!!

I ended up using two smaller photos ,mounting one on patterned paper as I just couldnt get my other layouts with a larger photo to work. I loved the sketch but nothing was working!!!!!I have had these photos for ages to scrap and although not the best photos I wanted to record the memory for Will. He had his tonsils out late last year and all his classmates gave him this envelope full of get well wishes! Once again I used up some more rub on alphabets!!!

This layout was intended for this sketch and I love this layout better but I ended up moving too many elements around for it to qualify. But now I have another layout i love! The photo is another one of Maya and her friend Gemma.

I have also been doing some just because scrappin.........and loving it!!!! Heres a couple to share....
Once again Maya and Gemma......and some older dear Lizzy papers (I told you I was trying to use my stash!!)

And this one using some Cosmo Cricket. These are my nieces and Will and Maya one day a few months ago when I took them down to port Fairy for a play and ice cream. I really wanted them all to have lollipops for the photo but Miss Maya (being Miss Maya had to have ice cream...and NO she wasnt having both!!!!!)

And you might have noticed I photographed this Layout before I wrote in the date on my journalling strip....oops!!! Its on there now!!!

I am also SO excited.....I got a spot to go Camp Mojo in July next year!!! i am so excited that I will finally get to meet some of my bestie scrappin, online buddies and some very talented people who I admire!!!!Thanks so much to Debbie Lawrence and Bridge Hatton for sharing their tables with me!!! I seriously cant wait! I have even booked my flights!!!!!

Wowsers!!! two posts in one day!!! I forgot to show you this layout that I completed a couple of days ago. These are older photos of Maya and its about her little "ritual" . Whenever she is tired, grumpy, sad or unwell she goes and gets her teddies, pillow and dummy. Although she now only has dummy for night time (a real issue at the moment to get her to give it up!!! have tried dummy fairies....everything!!!!).
They are just cute little quirky memories she might like to know about when she grows older!!!

Finding new uses......

I have been looking around my scrap room lately almost cringeing thinking about all the product I have that I no longer use. A little while ago I did have a huge clean up and gave a lot of stuff away. But for those who don't know I use to own my own scrap store about 4 years ago. While having my own store I accumulated a LOT of stuff most of which still sits in containers or drawers in my room. I almost feel sick to think of how much money I have spent over the years on these supplies. These days I am much better with my purchases in the way that when I buy something I use it straight away. I dont feel guilty then we I purchase more!!!! However I still have all these things like rubons that I havent used so last night I pulled out a book of "transfers on the go" by K and Co which I have had for 4 years and decided to revamp them. One of these books had quotes and phrases in it...all with great different fonts so I cut out individual letters to create this funky background. What do you think????

They werent the easiest rubons to use but I love the effect. I have a huge bucket of old Making Memories rubons to get through now!!! It feels great to use old product and still be happy with the result!!!

A proud layout....

Willis just loving school. He seems to excel in everything he does which makes us so proud. However he is competitive.......he HATES getting anything wrong!!!He will screw up a drawing if its not "perfect"......he'll crack a wammie if he spells a word wrong!!! It can be so hard sometimes teaching him that its more than ok to get things wrong!!! So I did this layout to show him how proud we are of him all the time.

I used the outter part from some cool scrapware corrugated letters.I love how it has turned out. used some Crate Paper school spirit papers....

New month= new challenges......

I have said it before but I love the start of a new month.I love doing all the new challenges on all my favourite challenge sites!!! The dilemma is which one to do first!So i have done these two over the weekend!

This one was for the challenge at Scrap the girls.It was a puzzle piece challenge.For those thinking of doing it my tip would be to print out the puzzle pieces and tick them off as you have used them so you dont use them more than once!!Thats what I did anyway!!! (sorry about this pic....it looks so washed out. Its much more vibrant IRL!!!)

And this is for the challenge at Kraft it up! The challenge is to use decorative edges!! I have used Die cut paper, punches, paper frills and pink paislee artisian elements! I think thats got decorative edges taken care of!!!!!

Today is such a contrast in weather from yesterday!! Today is wet, windy and cold so while the kids are happilty watching movies (yah!) I wanted to scrap a layout using the sketch over at Anna's craft cupboard this month! I always do their sketches and today was my last day to get it done so heres what I created! Mind you....crappy weather means not so good photo but as it needed to uploaded I just had to do my best!!

I mixed up a bit of basic grey and of course some Bella blvd!!! It was fun!!!

I was also very excited when I saw that I had won thismonths challenge at Get picky!!!!!!!!

Sorry.....

I havent posted in a while.I have been having trouble with my blog. Every time I would try and upload a post or moderate comments it would freeze on me but it seems to have fixed itself at the moment (fingers crossed!)
Well whats been happening you ask........LOTS!!!!

We have a new addition to the family ......Meet Marli!!! Our 7 week old golden retriever puppy!! The kids had no idea we were getting her until we arrived at the breeders home last Sunday!!! We were only meant to just pick her out last week and collect her a few weeks later but she was a big pup who was ready for a home straight away so we were able to bring her home last Sunday which was great BUT we hadnt taken a box or towels or anything so I was covered in dog vomit until we could find a box and some towels at a local shopping centre! Here she is.....

She is very cute but it is like having a little baby in the house although as this week has progressed she is settling in much better!!!

On the scrappy front I have been busy creating with the new Storyboard kit which I know you will all love but as you know I cant share just yet!!!!

I have just returned from an awesome retreat run by the girls at the Imagination factory in ballarat where I taught twolayouts!!! I had a great time.....not very productive but here are a couple I did. Will share a few more tomorrow.

I also have finished my entry for the challenge at Scrap the girls this month.......

the challenge was to be inspired by a quote and to add flowers and buttons to your layout. I did the definition of Maya's name which is hidden on the tag behind the photo.

And also on some other news my time as a Scrapapple DTer has come to end also. My time was nearlly up and I decided to step down to make some room for some new ventures. A HUGE thanks to the Scrappaple girls for the opportunity I had such a great time!!!!

Time for goodbyes.....

Well sadly I have stepped down from my design team position at Scrapability. With the new direction that the site was taking I thought it was the right time for me to resign. A HUGE thanks to Bek for the wonderful opportuniy she gave me and for believing in my abilities such a long time ago. I will still love joining in the sketches each month but felt the time was right.
But onto some scrappy stuff, cos thats why you are here right??
I have been a little quiet on the scrappy front lately but now need to get my butt back into gear to meet some deadlines!!

I took these pics when will lost his first tooth not solong ago. He has since lost the other bottom one.

Here is my sample. One of Will's all time favourite things is his Lego so it was great to do a layout with him and one of his creations. Its not the best picture but I love these papers!!

I had a scrap night with my friends last night and achieved 3 LOs so willtake somepics in the next few days to share. Will is having his Birthday party tomorrow. I cant believe this time next weekhe will be 7! We are taking him and 4 friends toplay mini golf and a play at the playground so hopefully this beautiful weather will hang around tomorrow!!!

It was good to scrap these photos as i have had been wanting to for awhile but never got round to it. I drew inspiration obviously from the banner and the colors, blue, green and white.

Heavy Metal.....

Thats the requirement for the next challenge at scrap the boys!!! And I LOVED doing this challenge!!! I have a HEAP of metal embellishments from a few years ago that have sat in my stash for so long untouched so it was so good to pull them out and use them. So much so I have been using more and more of them!! Feels so good to use up old stuff!! I dont feel so bad buying new stuff!!! We were also given some darkroom door goodies to use. Here is my layout!

And a close up. To add an extra effect of metalI used a Kaiser grid stamp and then used silver embossing powder. I also found some metal mesh that Making Memories used to make.

So head over to scrap the boys and join in the fun. Theres a sketch also for this challenge which is optional but its a really coolsketch. Can't wait to see what you create.

New month, New challenges

Dont you just love the start of a new month when all the new challengesare put up!??
Well here are two to start with.

The first is for Anna;s craft cupboard sketch. They are thephotos I took of Will last week for Book week dressed up like a scarecrow.

I love these new Bella blvd papers! They worked perfectly!!

And this is for the Scrap the Girls challenge. The challenge is to scrap about a "first" and use white cardstock as a background. I found this photo the other day while searching for the right photo and couldn't resist scrapping these! How cute are these shoes! I have an addiction for little shoes!

And there is this one which isnt a for a challenge I just did it because I felt like it LOL! But now I have set the girls attending Paula's retreat this weekend a challenge using the same criteria as I have used here! So cant wait to see what they create! I now have a new addiction. see those red frames...well they are made by scrapmatts and I love them. I only bought two and now I want more. they have the coolest chipboard. Check them out!

Well it happened again!!! This month's storyboard kit "Camryn" sold out in minutes!!! A huge congrats to Lisa! This kit was my favourite so far, probably because I love scrapping with these colors. Here are my samples for this month.

I loved this kit. So versatile....I even used the packaging from the pink paislee alphabet! So if you are loving the look of these kits my tip would be to get your self a subscription so you dont miss out each month!!!

Butterflies....

Just thought I would pop in and share what I created for Maya'sroom yesterday!! With the help of Maya punching out the butterflies and my father in law helping to make he frame , this is what we made....

Sorry its not the best picture but you get the idea! I once saw a mobile like this in an expensive bedding shopand thought I could makemy own. It looks much better IRL! It was great because Maya could help to make it because she loves using my punches. Now Will wants a star one!!!

Speaking of Will...he had a dressup day today at school for book week and he dressed up as the dingle dangle scarecrow. How adorable does he look!!!

On the scrappy front I just got back from a visit to melbourne where I went to paperific.I spent way too much but had a ball. A HUGE thanks to Lisa Marsh for taking such good care of us and PAULA for letting us stay with her and her pets!!! I finally got to see her Studio (PAULA"S SCRAPBOOKING PLACE).

And to Lisa , Vikki, Tan and Jen thanks for an awesome evening and seriously Vikki you are the best storyteller I have ever met!! I would pay to watch a Lisa and Vikki show!!!Seriously these women are amongst some of the funniest, generous and gorgeous people I have ever met. I just wished we lived

closer!!!I laughed so hard all day and night!!!

I also after 2 years got to meet Stacey and Angela from Scrapapple...http://www.scrapapple.com.au/even though they had no idea who I was when I tapped them on the shoulder!!And I met Mel Pizzinga and Jas (sorry Jas I have forgotten your last name!!!Its so nice to finally meet some awesome chicks that I talk to in Cyber space!

I have been creating but can only sharethis one for the moment. Yep, its another Indie Girl layout.I love this photo of Steve and Maya.

I have been playing with the new "Indie Girl" range by Sass the last few days ....

And this one of Will.I love the versatility of this range. Its great for boys and girls layouts. And I still have heaps more left over so will be playing with it again!

I just wanted to share with you some great products I have just bought from Sam at Old Favourites.

Also as promised ages ago here are some of my mums new flower designs. You now get 10 pieces in a pack.You choose the two colors you want and mum will make them. Heres a sample (minus a few as I used them LOL!)

You get 2 large singles, 2 doubles (one of each chosedn color) , 2 multi colored flowers, two double colored circles and 2 funky flowers.

You will notice when you get your funky flowers we have left the cut off tie long. This is just because the can come untied to easy if you cut it off short. I have just been tucking it under my button when I adhere it to my page.So once again you can order themhere or email me at

The colors are RED, WHITE, ORANGE, AQUA, LOLLY PINK, HOT PINK, YELLOW, LIME GREEN, GRASS GREEN.

Also the last layouts I showed you for the bliss kits are already sold out so I have created this one as a kit.

Dont you just the looks on their faces!!! Charlie is such a character! She always pulls faces at the camera and this photo is such a typical photo of her! Mind you the same day she also posed beautifully for the camera! A definate poser and show pony!!! And Will's face is priceless!!!

Just thought I would share some layouts i have just created as kits for our LSS Bliss. The kits include papers, and various embellies and instructions to do the layouts . Here are my latest ones....

I have used a lot of Sass Apple Jack for these and these both layout instructions come in the same kit.

This one is using some WER Memory keepers papers, collections journalling cards and word strips.

You would have spotted on nearlly ALL my layouts that I use some very seriously cool buttons. In all honestly they are my first go to product when scrapping!!! They are made by my bestie Nellie G.

Have you ever had a layout come together easier than normal and then ABSOLUTELY LOVE the results???? Well it did for me while doing this layout for the Kraft it up challenge this month. I dont think I would normally say this but I LOVE this layout!!!!!It came together in just over 4o minutes (even hubby couldnt believe how quickly I did this one!!!) and the colors were so different to what I would normally use but they were so much fun. I painted, inked, stamped...you name it! I got dirty and messy and loved it!!!

I have also been creating with my latest DT kit from Scrapapple. I got the new Kaiser line called Hippie Girl to play with. These are the two layouts I created. I loved the little journalling tag book that I used in this first one! So fun and an easy way to introduce the different colors and patterns into your layout plus adding somegreat space for journalling.

I also created this crazy layout for the latest Scrap the girls challenge.

She really is a show pony who loves to make us laugh!!!!

I have also been creating some class kits for our local scrap shop "Bliss" but Im a dill and din't take any photos!!! Will post them later., but you can see some pics here!Sarah sells the kits with instructions to my layouts so if you are interested you can contact her to get your hands on them.You can also kit kits created by the very talented Mellany Ams and Kerry Snell!!! Two awesome scrappers!!!

Anyway, it has been a crazy week here....we have all had gastro (fun!), I saw Shannon Noll (yum!) and now Maya has what I think is an ear infection so off to the doctors this afternoon!

It only took 20 minutes for Lisa to sell out of the latest storyboard kit "Beckett".......congrats Lisa!!!!

New Bella Blvd....

Sorry I didnt make it back yesterday to share my other Bella Blvd creations with you!!! So here they are now. This range is called "Hello Beautiful" and it is truelly gorgeous!!! Reds, aquas, greens,purples and orange with stunning designs and great alphas and embellie stickers!!

Here is my Layout.... "p.s I love you".........

I also had to do a mini albumwith this range. I created an album to reflect onmy family at this very moment....a book to freeze time so to speak. I asked and recorded the answwers to some questions regarding each member of my imeediate family such as favourite things, hopes etc and this is it!!!

( I'll just show you a few pages!!!)

The album is a Fancy Pants one made from felt, chipboard and acetate. The detail cards pull out and I can add to them every year if I want. Thought it would be a great keepsake and really interesting to redo once in awhile to see how we have all changed ! I havent included all the pages...I'll save you from the boredom!!
